Motivation Tuesday- Confidence and Self-Esteem

Confidence and high self-esteem is something that everyone at some point strives for. It's something that takes times and effort. Changing your mind and your view of yourself, starts with you. You consistently telling yourself that you are what you want to see will change your opinion of yourself. Repetitious information has the biggest impact on your belief system.
Your Challenge:
Start doing daily affirmations. Tell yourself, while you look in the mirror that you are beautiful, you are enough, you are smart, you are loved, you are wanted and you are needed. Say them out loud so that your subconscious mind can pick it up and process it as a fact.
