"Me" Time is so important. According to psychologists, "Me" Time restarts your brain, improves concentration, relieves stress, helps with productiveness, gives time for self discovery, helps with your social life, and stimulates brain activity. "Me" Time is important for mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.

"Me" Time Activities:

  • Go for a walk

  • Write

  • Take a bath or shower

  • Sleep in

  • Get a haircut

  • Create a new playlist

  • Find a new artist

  • Get a facial

  • Do your nails or get them done

  • Read for fun

  • Do some volunteer work

  • Get a massage

  • Do some crafts

  • Exercise

  • Join a gym

  • Take a break from Social Media and electronics

  • Eat healthily

  • Have a home spa day

  • Pet an animal
